Summer on Purpose
Summer on Purpose is more than just a nice name for a party. It is literally a body of believers DECIDING to do life on purpose this summer. Our purpose is to love Jesus and make Him known in our personal circles, our community, our nation and our world. We are choosing to start with those closest to us and to bless our community.
To start off the summer, we will enter a float in our local Canada Day Parade. There are typically around 20,000 people in attendance so this is an incredible way to be a visible representation of the love of God to a large portion of our city. Last year was an incredible day and we even won a 1st place ribbon as an added bonus for Best Homemade Float!!
Next is the Community Garage Sale on July 19 from 10am-3pm. We have 5 food trucks booked already and it will be so much fun! If you'd like to book a table for the event, click on the button below.
And then the Grande Finale - the Summer on Purpose Community BBQ on August 26. This will take a massive group of like minded people on a mission to pull it off but we all have SO MUCH FUN doing it! If you want to be involved in any way, you won't regret it. Just come out and mingle with guests and if there's someone who needs help, feel free to jump in!
